President of Chile Sebastian Pinera, together with transport and telecommunications minister Gloria Hutt and telecommunications vice minister Pamela Gidi were onboard the cable ship René Descartes in Puerto Montt to congratulate Orange Marine trought its CEO Didier Dillard and the two ship’s captains Cristelle Palpacuer and Hervé Desmeulles and all the crew for the challenging and successful installation of FOA submarine cable system that will provide high quality connectivity to the Chilean Patagonia.
