Cable storage

Orange Marine offers a service of cable and telecom equipment spares storage.

The depots also manage the customs formalities related to contracts. All the activities of Orange Marine depots are certified ISO 9001v2008, ISO 14001, ISM and ISPS.
A specific software called GERES has been developed to follow-up the storage and manage precisely and rapidly the cable and spares to be loaded aboard.

The customers cable, spares, branching units, jointing kits and repeaters are stored in three depots, two in France :

Brest in Northern France
La Seyne-sur-Mer in the South
Italy, in Catania (Elettra)

Orange Marine proposes storage as part of a maintenance contract, or as a full service.
This service includes permanent availability, in order to comply with the customers’ requirement and begin the loading of maintenance cable ships within 8 hours after the official request.
The harbor facilities, harbor master and piloting are available 24 hours a day.
